Are you the owner of a small wool shop and would like to sell my knitting, crochet or sewing patterns in your shop? Would you also like to sell your own knitted or crocheted clothing and use my patterns for this? My patterns are subject to copyright and may not be used commercially.
But I have the perfect solution for you - my commercial licence. This licence gives you permission to knit/crochet according to my patterns and sell the garments you make in your shop. This licence also allows you to sell the patterns in copied form. However, it is not permitted to resell the patterns in an online shop or platform. Only sales with direct customer contact are permitted.
This licence includes:
10 knitting/crochet or sewing instructions per year/instruction in printed version
(The matching pattern must be purchased separately)
10 finished knitting/crochet or sewing projects per year/instructions

When will I receive my order?
As soon as the payment process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. This contains the direct link to your PDF instructions. No printed instructions will be sent.
Your instructions are also available in your customer account. This can be accessed via the ‘MY DOWNLOADS’ button at the top of the homepage of our online shop. However, you must be logged in for the button to be displayed.
I have not received a confirmation email !
Please check your computer's security settings as my email may be categorised as spam. Please also check your spam folder. Nothing? Then go directly to your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT and download the instructions under MY DOWNLOADS.
Can I find the knitting pattern in my customer account?
The instructions will be saved in your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT. To do this, go to the online shop, then select LOGIN in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar. Then go to MY DOWNLOADS and download your instructions yourself.
I have lost the instructions. How do I get them back?
The instructions are also saved in your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT and you can download them at any time via MY DOWNLOADS.
Why can't I complete the order process?
Please empty the BROWSER ORDER and the CART and re-enter your order. Also try placing the order via another device (tablet, computer).
I can no longer log in to my customer account!
Our modern shop system no longer requires a password. You can simply log in with your e-mail address. You will then receive a 6-digit code as a text message on your mobile phone every time you visit our shop. Simply enter the code in the window displayed in our shop. And you are already in your customer account.
Where and how often can I download my manual?
In your customer account under MY DOWNLOADS you will see all the instructions you have purchased. You can download the instructions a maximum of 10 times. However, please always download all files IMMEDIATELY after your purchase. It may be that the instructions are no longer available at a later date. See also our legal information.
Can I give away the instructions or sell models?
Basically no. However, I offer various LICENSES that allow you to sell knitting patterns and models. Please contact me.
